Night staff was helpful.
We got to breakfast at 8:45 along with about 10 other people. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy had all run out. The man cooking said he was making more sausage but wasn’t making anything else because there was “only about 10 minutes to go”. I went to the front desk and said that breakfast is advertised 6:00 until 9:00, so the food offered at 8:45 should be the same that is offered at 6:00. She went and talked to the cook and he made more eggs. I ended up eating oatmeal because there were so many people still wanting a hot breakfast, as advertised with the price of the room.

The room was very modern, clean and quiet.
There were several overflowing trash cans located around the property. Also by some of the trash cans were full bags of trash that needed to be in the dumpster.

No shower curtain. TV remote didn't work for volume.

Beds and the Pillows were the most comfortable. Slept like a baby. Did not want to get up.

Quiet first floor room, close to the entertainment we planned to attend. Some confusion about the room we were assigned apparently under someone else name, but easily resolved. Breakfast was not so good, but staff was very good.

Looks a bit rundown from last visit but they're in the middle of repainting etc. Main problem for us is there is really no good place for dogs to relieve themselves...

Breakfast was great, coffee was excellent! The options for waffles, juice, cereal appeals to everyone. Great dining area and comfortable booths. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was only a cleaning issue. The area behind the hot plate was dirty. Otherwise everything else looked clean and well kept.

Our swivel chair inside needs changing - a newer one. But overall, it’s a great place to stay.

not enough parking; breakfast ran out of food; housekeeping was minimal and didn’t leave clean towels; paid booking over $100 per day while hotel advertised $69 per day on marquee; bed was extremely uncomfortable; had trouble getting hot water in shower and standing water while showering; scaffolding storage trailer was blocking parking; next door neighbor had a yapping dog; room keys didn’t work for 2 of four days.

The property and our room was pretty clean. Staff is pretty friendly. Free Breakfast was not bad.
There was no automatic house keeping while we where there. I am used to having someone come in everyday or even once every other day to make sure everything is stocked up such as toilet paper and clean towels and the beds being made but that did not happen.

The help came and fixed the door to get in the room fast . The bed was comfortable we had fun at the pool
The rooms were cold the fridges was off so the ice back we bring with us did freeze again the drinks didn't get real cold one room wasn't very clean the check in guy just sad there when I came to check in I had to pay for my 2 rooms separately we was at the pool in the morning before checking out they changed are key had to go get new ones

Breakfast was great they had scrambled eggs,potatoes and sausage patties hot and fresh plus waffles toast cereal and most anything you wanted
Road noise in my room made it difficult to sleep but it was a Friday night.

front desk lady didn’t do her job well. breakfast was terrible! we got the last two pieces of toast. no eggs sausage or hash browns. Room itself was good.
