Location was great!

I did not recieve my deposit of $300

Awful experience. We were scammed by this property, be careful!! We booked a room that was advertised for three adults, but were given a room with a double bed - no sofa, or additional mattress, bed linen and cushions were provided. My dad had to sleep on the floor. They said they were fully booked and unable to provide a different solution, but I could see on the website that they had other rooms available. They didn’t even apologise and were incredibly rude, they said it’s totally normal for three adults to sleep in the same bed, which is just totally crazy. They said it’s Booking.com fault for advertising the wrong room, but they are the ones responsible for allocating rooms. Im trying to get a refund as they scammed us, please be careful when booking as they are scammers!!! I asked to speak with the manager and was told I would get a call, but they never got in touch. I had to go to reception three times and all the staff I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The customer service level is worst than a crappy motel. The hotel is very dirty and smells bad. The room smelled so bad I had to keep the window open for 1 hour. They charge $55 a day for valet parking, when I saw they actually park the cars in a crappy public parking in front of the hotel, where you only pay $10 a day. The pool is tiny and dirty, impossible to use as full of kids. The lifts take ages and are always full.

Everything except the location.

The Riverwalk, Riverwalk Boat Ride, and the La Panaderia.

Loved the valet people, very friendly! Loved the pool are/bar, along with the location of the hotel!

Didn’t like how humid it was in the rooms along with how small the rooms were. We got a king room; however, my husband is tall and had to duck to get in, and we had to walk sideways between the bed and the tv. Comfortable but small.

Not very clean for the price

Right on the river walk. We were able to select a room with a patio overlooking the River Walk.

We liked being able to us the public parking right across the street. It was a money saver but the city could do a much better job keeping it clean, including the stairs and elevator.
