The room indicated it had a private pool, and the lady looked at me like I’ve lost my mind and I was lying to her until I showed her my booking. That was the only way I got my refund back. On your website it says this hotel has private pools they do not.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The bar and food there was terrible. Seemed to be short staff as it took a long time for them to take orders and deliver food and drinks.

Firstly it's location. Very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and so was the bedroom and bathroom. The amenities provided in the bathroom were really nice. As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

Would have liked it if there was another phone near the bed instead of just one at the table. But no complaints, just a suggestion.

What was said on booking and what was when arriving was different regarding parking,breakfast and tv movie options(we thought we paid for it but needed to add on top of it and there were no movie options at all)On top of that they charged us 70$ more and when asking about it no one had an explanation besides that 30$ out of the 70$ will be returned but I hope they will pay back what is needed . The night when arriving the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude (check out was nicer with a different lady )

The staff is really kind and the room is quiet and comfortable. Good hotel for a couple of nights.

The breakfast buffet could be better and the hotel restaurant could serve customers quicker.

The staff was very nice, on-site restaurant was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Bed was good,, shower was good. Al the bar tender was excellent and very enjoyable to talk with. The Salmon dinner was excellent and worth the money. The girl that check us in was very nice. Really enjoyed AL at the bar. He meet every need and as very enjoyable to take care every need we had.

I am a decorated Vietnam veteran who suffers from PTSD and always ask for upstairs room because I can't sleep if someone is moving above me. Thye had me booked in 4th floor. Room key didn't work. Ask manager about the parking and it seemed to brother him, no help. I didn't understand why you charge for parking, absolutely worthless. When we had dinner at the bar we had to get up ask for water, get up and get out drinks, that was Saturday. After dinner went to room and had to call down and get wash cloths. People in the parking lot all night party. Why pay $16.00 day was useless.
