Excellent Resort and Staff

All sections are excellent. There’s nothing you can complain about.

Everyone was very nice

I love how the property was nearby other locations such as Andretti and nearby malls.

Second floor view is right on top of the roof so our view consisted of trees and top of the roof.

the location was ok, if you have a car.

we paid $240 a night. There is no cleaning of the rooms. only if you stay longer than 5 days - which was not mentioned up front. it states that you can dine in. You cannot. Food is only prepared to take to your room. Horrible quality food. Staff was not friendly. We were basically chased out of our room on the last day due to “high occupancy rate”, please check out immediately.

Sophia,at the front desk helped me call for my first Uber ride. She was outstanding. I was also able to check in early.

The view from my room was of the roof of another building. The shower was hard to switch from the shower head to the handheld shower.

The fact it was right across the street from the Convention Center and walking distance.

I did not care for our room the sink was full of stinky water when we arrived and it would not drain. We didn't have time to have it fixed because we needed our room for sleep. I also had several doors very hard to open! Had a bad experience at the bar when I ordered a coffee and was treated very rude by the service members and also watched the same service members role their eyes at the guest ordering a bunch of food for her family! Was very disappointed in this booking.

I did not like the fact that my room with a balcony was over looking the roof and was very small. I had to pay $22.00 to park my own vehicle. The elevator in the parking garage only took you to the first floor. In order to get to my room I had to walk from the parking garage outside, and back into the building to the lobby to get on a elevator to take me to my room. The same three elevators that were used by the guest was also the elevators that were used by the staff resulting in long wait times and over crowding. The restaurant menu only consisted of fast food and breakfast, and the bar closed at 9:00 PM.

We did not eat breakfast. We just grabbed some fruit and some juice inside the Pantry area. We were running late to meetings, so we did not have enough time to order food. I did plan to order the avocado toast with an egg atop but did not have enough time.

The bathroom at the main pool attached to the bar was dirty. It ran out of toilet paper and paper towels too. The floor was very wet from guests using it just after swimming. It was slippery and posed a falling hazard. It was just gross to use as the seat was wet, it smelled inside and needed to be cleaned. Also, due to renovations, the main building bathrooms were not working and we had to go outside to the workout facilities to use the bathroom. It just so happened that two of the days it was pouring rain and not super fun to go outside while getting ready for business meetings. Lastly, the bar and food service closing at 9 p.m. is not convenient for guests. It would be ideal to stay open until 11 p.m.

Needs a good restaurant, and a late bar

The area was nice and the staff was friendly.

The room had a musty/mildew smell. We were adjoined with another room and you could clearly hear through the door and walls. The shower curtain didn’t come down long enough in my opinion and I felt like I was going to splash water out. Also the price for parking is absurd!

The hotel was nice and very clean.

We requested a higher floor which was not provided, also asked for a late check out which was denied.
