Booking.com stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I arrived at the hotel they had no open rooms and cancelled the reservation but Booking did not refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to post everywhere to never use Booking.com as they will take your money and give you no place to stay! You guys absolutely suck!
The fact that you never even gave me a room! Booking.com lied and then kept my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to sleep in my car!

Room was obnoxiously loud. Sounded like pipes in the walls shaking all night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched rooms around so we could get checked in before my daughters softball game started. Breakfast was great and there were many options.

Location was great. Staff was friendly.
Wifi was only available in the lobby which was extremely inconvenient. My television did not work at all. When I stepped out of elevator to go to our room, floor was so sticky that my flip flop stuck to it.

Room was spacious and very clean! No complaints! Elevator was a little slow. I was shocked at breakfast when she told me they were out of sugar!! I don’t drink black coffee!

my room was completely dirty after waiting after check in time to even get to my room. nothing had been cleaned. the new room they gave me had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower nor travel size in the room. the beds were hard as a rock, the comforters were heavily stained. the fan in the bathroom did not work and the shower head did not work correctly, or barely at all.

Booked a suite with a jacuzzi directly following our wedding but was given a standard room and told there was none available (we booked 4 days prior to this and the photos on the booking site showed a king suite with jacuzzi tub in room) and only option to resolve was a check out and refund in middle of a thunderstorm or stay and pay same price as room we booked even though it clearly wasnt. Tried to resolve with front desk as well as booking.com customer service. Room smelled of smoke , was not properly cleaned and had a decent size hole in ceiling and a door that didn't latch properly. A non working sink , one elevator for 5 floors, elevator floor had peel n stick tiles for a floor that were coming a part as well as sticky floors throughout the hotel. Your shoes stuck to the floor. All this for the great price of 230$ a night. Was a very disappointing honeymoon night after a very long but great day.
Giving people the correct room or in the very least corrections the price for the room we were put in instead.

Nothing worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
The hotel was dirty, elevator was broken so had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs. check in was at 3pm wasn’t able to get into a room till after 8:30pm. Free breakfast was also supposed to be included and start at 6. Breakfast was either late or never got any at all there wasn’t even milk available to eat cereal.

Room was comfortable, check-in was quick and efficient - front counter staff was friendly & polite.
Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment - everything ran out and it didn't seem like staff was refilling much despite that it still had quite a while before breakfast ended, and there were lots of families trying to eat.

We arrived at approximately 3:30 and didn't get a room until after 9:00 in the evening.
We traveled by car from Philly and had a funeral service to attend the next day.

older facilities, I had to get my key card reprogrammed at least 5 times, elevator was slow, only one entrance.

The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was awesome
The towels and wash clothes were stained and looked like they needed to be trashed. Upon arriving we had to ask the front desk for body soup shampoo and conditioner

On The Breakfast, No Orange Juice, No Apple Juice, the Milk was in open container in the refrigerator, The room smelled of smoke from previous guess, the floor was stained, they had no vending service water, cokes, or anything never seen that at Holiday Inn, my Card was charged before arrival, when it clearly states customer will pay upon arrival. the Motel needs Major renovation. Ceiling tiles were missing condensation or water was leaking, Carpet needs to be replaced!

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Given the fact that they didn't have room keys and had to let everyone in their rooms, they did an amazing job. They need a raise for how the handled the situation.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
There were no keys, our room was not available, and though we were upgraded our kids ended up having to sleep on a pull out sofa instead of the queen bed we had originally booked. The breakfast was completely picked over and not replenished. There were no plates, bowls, milk, bagels, ketchup…pretty much everything. Though we had a coffee maker in the room there was no coffee/tea. Also one of our towels was stained. Overall we were very disappointed, the room was not ready even though we arrived at 9pm we still had to wait an hour.

The key cards weren't working so every time you needed to enter your room, someone had to unlock the door.
The pool was closed, which was not advertised.

Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was good and coffee was always available.
Our sink in the room was pretty clogged and filled up every time we ran the water. Also our beds made a weird thumping sound whenever someone moved.

Only 2 towels in a room with 2 queens that was for 4 people. Also none of the toiletries had been refilled.

I couldn’t tell about the breakfast because they closed it as soon as we were walking in to eat at 9:00.
They could leave enough towels and washcloths in the bathroom for the amount of guest suitable for the room

The beds are very comfy.
There were only 2 towels for a 2 queen bed room. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper had not been refilled. Hairdryer didn't work.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was especially nice and friendly.
There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. It is a great location the staff are always friendly and very nice and the the room was clean and comfortable.

Don’t stay here. Yes. It’s a warning.
Diffficult to find. My $50 credit from booking was sent to the hotel. No one turned the heat on in the room & it took 2 hours to heat up. The toilet seat was broken. WiFi was non existent. I was told Alex would work on my credit overnight. He never did. None of this was their problem. The plugs wouldn’t charge your phones.
