Location was perfect. Very friendly man at the desk!
The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure…. But it was still okay.

Charged $40 more for a handicap rooom. Unconscionable!!!!!

Location to Grand Haven.
The leak stains on the ceiling of our room. Item was a clean room but the ceiling stains were off putting.

The staff was exceptional! Kate answered all of our questions professionally and provided us with whatever we needed within her means.
We are learning that booking through Booking.com has its disadvantages. When we checked in, we asked about the room view and were advised that because we booked through Booking.com, we couldn’t change our room. This put is with a direct view of the rusting roof over the pool equipment room/Burger Theory. Other guests even flicked their cigarette butts onto that roof for our viewing pleasure. We were also under the impression that breakfast was included with our stay, it was even noted on our booking, but on the second day when we went to get breakfast, we were advised that it was not. We discussed these challenges with the front desk staff and are now considering going straight through the hotel booking in the future.

I requested a 1st floor room and was told through email that my request would be accommodated. When I arrived I was given a 3rd floor room. I'm assuming the rate for a 1st floor room is more expensive than a 3rd floor room. If that's the case, I'm a little disappointed.

We loved the location and on-site restaurant.
The vehicle entrance was a bit tricky to find. the fan coil unit in the room was quite noisy.

Great location. The staff was super friendly,and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, fitness room was relatively well equipped for the size.
Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate especially since off peak.

We went for dinner at a nice looking hotel comfortable restaurant, only one in restaurant, waitress took our order & it took a long time, she finally comes out to tell us the food is frozen & they will do a quick thaw to get it ready, food arrived in about 20+ minutes & was so so! Next morning went for breakfast, waitress was very friendly & there were quite a few people there, she took our order along with the other patrons, later to come out with an announcement that they didn't have a cook as he decided to leave. What we liked was the young man who checked us in was very polite, and he highly recommended other restaurants for our dining, wish we would have taking his advice.
Our bathroom looked like they did just a quick through cleaning. The restaurant was a joke. Our room was to have a beautiful view of the water, it had a view of closed up outside bar & pool.

the charge for breakfast was very misleading. i had three adults and included breakfast in my trip through the web site i reserved. BUT the charge for breakfast was over and above the charge. misleading, i thought breakfast was included.
