The cleanliness...Sheets were stained,blower dryer didnt work, heater didnt work,tub was clogged,not all the lights worked in the room

the room door kept getting stuck rm 105 and the room was very humid not sure if it the ac unit going out or what. but other than that it was a good stay

The facilities are clean the staff are very responsive and friendly.

#1. No shower curtain. We didn't notice this until the next morning when we were prepared for a shower. maintenance doesn't arrive until 9 am. #2. Yea! Shower curtain is installed! Booooo, the shower experience was dismal. The nozzles in the head either sprayed a fine mist all over the place or it poured out like a partially clogged faucet. We found a halfway setting that at least got our hair rinsed. #3. The provided soap dispensers are not clean. The shampoo had a clog but cleared after a couple pumps, the conditioner nozzle shot a stream of conditioner all over the walls and shower curtain, and the body wash pump had to be manually forced back up after each squirt. #4. This is a personal gripe. I had my toothbrush in a washcloth INSIDE my personal toiletries bag (on top of the contents, not hidden). After the staff installed the shower curtain, a towel reset was done too. The washcloth was gone and my toothbrush and cover were scattered across the countertop. Again, this is a personal gripe but I didn't like that someone reached into my personal belongings. #5. The towels are dismal and not what I would consider Holiday Inn quality. My $3 dish towels from Ikea are much thicker and softer than the threadbare towels we were given.

The breakfast wasn't ready at 7:15am and we had to leave without eating. There was also no coffee or water in the lobby for guest.

horrible place!

ZERO stars if I could!!! Beware of this AWFUL facility. My family and I booked this hotel in good faith to have a place to swim for spring break. Booking.com and the holiday inn website both showed there was a pool available and no where did it say “out of order” When we got to the hotel to check in my husband noticed the pool was out of order. We spoke with the the front desk worker and was told to contact booking, we did and booking called the property and we were told we will be getting our refund and that the manager will issue our refund the next morning. I called the next morning and the manager was being so rude stating there’s a 24hr policy to cancel and that she will not be issuing our refund, the manager was not understanding whatsoever and kept giving attitude. How is it even logical to know that the pool was unavailable 24 hours prior if we checked in on our checking date. Stay away from this terrible place!! Turns out booking and the property are not going to refund me

Handicap room was horrible. Only thing that was good for handicap was the toilet and bars. Shower was a tub and couldn’t reach the shower head. Very unsafe.
