Owners were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. They gave me directions precisely to the cottage the day I booked it. Cottage was easy to get info the cottage upon arrival, as well as clean and furnished beautifully.

No fault to the owners - our smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. Lori was quick to have the battery replaced when we informed her.

Beautiful chalet. Very clean and quiet. All the amenities were available, kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and appliances. Large bathroom and comfortable king size bed in loft.
A slight problem with getting there, tried following the GPS, but took us through a very rough road that wasn't necessary. The entrance door was unlooked and keys were left on the side table/cabinet. Realise that this is quite common. A lockbox with code, may have been a better security choice. Driveway and parking was good, though a steep drop-off to the road below. Large rocks/boulders or posts would help at night. Ceiling fan would be nice in the sitting room area, especially during the unusually hot spell in July 2023. Lastly for seniors guest, it was inconvenient to use the bathroom at night as the bedroom is on the second floor and the bathroom is on the main floor.

The chalet was an absolutely wonderful place to spend time in the area. It was clean, well stocked for all daily necessities and a nicely decorated place to stay. Very comfortable and close to many spots we wanted to visit.
The hosts were very responsive when we asked them about the wifi.
The cost was comparable to others of the same quality in the area.
The wifi did not work very well and the hosts were looking into what was causing it to run slowly.
It would have been nice to have information on a location in the area to do laundry.

Beautiful chalet, great location
Bathroom location on ground floor and stairs to upper bedroom made it a little dicey at night.

We were so happy with these accommodations. They exceeded our expectations and the owner was very responsive. We bought lobster from a local fishery in town and I messaged to ask him about a lobster pot and he promptly delivered a huge pot and outdoor burner to cook them on and gave us instructions on how to cook them. A true Newfoundland experience.

Owners were excellent hosts. The chalets were lovely and spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed in loft with great harbour view. We booked a smaller one which was perfect for two. We were inside the larger chalet and it was also beautiful and spotless. Would suit a larger group. Highly recommend. Great location to access costal areas and the national park.

I loved the area, very secluded, beautiful view, not too far from shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated Chalet. Loved the decor!! And the layout of it all. Had everything we needed in the kitchen had we planned to make a meal.
I wish the spa bath was a jacuzzi tub or even a tub with jets, I think I misunderstood the "spa bath" listed. I also found the bed a bit stiff, woke up with a bad back the next day, but other wise everything went very smoothly!

Lovely cottage! Clean, comfortable and cozy! We were able to relax and enjoy our stay! Perfect location to experience many parts of Gros Morne!

The chalet was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Only regret was that we were only there for one night. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was very cute and had all the necessary dishes etc. to cook meals. It was very clean which we loved. The beds were very comfortable.
A washroom in the loft area would be great. There was no handle on the fridge and it opened the wrong way.
