i lost three days through Booking.com and the hotel would not refund my money because i went through Booking.com

I lost my money!!!!!

It was very clean and friendly! Honestly, I was hesitant about the price, but it was perfect for the weekend stay.

Nothing really. It was a really good hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the place was clean and peaceful

There was nothing good about the whole reservation. From the booking.com to the hotel. The absolut worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our stay was a donation from the American Red Cross, they gave a a prepaid debt card after our entire house burnt to the ground. Nothing left but the clothes on our backs. Unfortunately the Marriott would not accept our debit card for payment even though booking.com took our money off the card and we had no place to stay after a devastating day so yes I think this is the worst customer service and at best they could have had a little bit of sympathy or compassion cuz we really truly were devastated they all need to have an experience as we had I didn't want to sleep in my car after that the long day I can't say enough bad things to say how hurt and how devastated we were just to be turned away after we had already paid for it and they have not give us our money back on that card there's a delay because they don't want to cancel so now we have to pay a bunch of fees out of the little money we got from the Red Cross because our cash are money our credit cards everything we own was burnt to a crisp bad customer service just awful
