Clean enough, the housekeeping lady was nice, breakfast was pretty good, and the location was good for what we needed it for.
Pool was under maintenance or something so, it was unusable. Traveling with 2 small kids that was pretty disappointing for them. They could have put on their site that it was down. Couldn’t find front desk staff when it was time to check out. So, we just had to throw the keys on the desk and leave. Not having a tub With kids was kind of a pain too but we managed.

room looked like the cleaning was rushed, lots of overlooked cleaning issues. for the nightly price was very disappointing. I stay at ihg all the time though work but this was probably the dirtiest location I’ve stayed.

Better than i thought it would be...clean rooms...not tired or dingy...comfortable bed...vey generous hot breakfast...friendly staff...good location.
A little dark outside of the property...but otherwise thats it!

It got me close to where I needed to be.
It was a little Tore up. The room was not kept up , it seem to be clean but there were repairs that looked like they have been neglected for a while.

location for my work, a spacious room and office space that suited my requirements, delicious and plentiful breakfast with healthy options and this should be kept a secret... absolutely perfect bacon

I CAN;T GET A RECIEPT! BOOKING.COM SAYS IT IS ON THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL SAYS IT IS ON BOOKING.COM SO I HAVE NO RECIEPT AND THE COMPANY I WORK FOR WANTS ONE BUT THE HOTEL IS STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE.

Night one we couldn't use our tv because our remote wouldnt change the channelor input. Our couch was DISGUSTING and covered with white liquid and we couldnt use it at all. We got locked out of room not once but TWICE during our stay on two separate occasions, both of which I had my arms full with luggage and my child. Also, The first night, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to help me or my husband.

The staff at check in were rude. Although I had paid for my room already & they had my card on file, the staff at check in put an additional hold on my card. A week later the hold is still pending.

plush beds, tv had cable, nicely decorated, bathroom shower had full size body soap and shampoo & conditioner. they served a hot breakfast.
room was cold when the heater was not on. didn’t have a blanket for winter stays. great location right off the highway so it’s easy to find.
