This was our 4th time staying there. could be better but we like the area n always have fun. Bathroom was beautiful

Clean facilities and room was very clean and comfortable.

Too much noise at night from other guests talking loudly from 11 pm to 1:30 am. We could not sleep. We called front desk to let them know and next day at checkout front desk really didn't care there was so much noise at night and that we couldn't sleep.

The hotel was quiet. Very clean and easy parking

I requested early check in and was told it would depend on availability, which was fine. When I arrived the staff member would not listen to me but kept saying reservation check in at 4 pm. When we came back at 4 pm I was told they tried to call me because the room was ready but they didn't have the right phone number. All in the past. I still enjoyed my stay.

our room didn’t face the water, we weren’t aware that there was going to be $100 hold on my credit card for liability , there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and no bath tub

Many things were closed because it was out of season.

One elevator

This property is on the harbor so it is across from the high speed ferry to Nantucket and very close to Main Street where you find restaurants, the JFK Museum and local shops/ souvenirs. it was comfortable and quiet. I would stay again.

Due to COVID, the restaurant was closed. The self serve coffee was hidden in the dresser type structure. When we called the front desk to ask if there was coffee, they said no, not mentioning coffee in the room.

I asked for in bed sheet to be changed and new towels because my daughter stay night one and left and my friend came night 2. They said due to COVID the maid could not enter the room in between. Had I not left a bag of our trash out In The hall, the room would have smells and the trash would not be emptied. They left the sheet and towel in the hall in a bag outside my door. The gym was also closed due to COVID.

It is in a very convenient location-restaurants of walking distance and ferries and charter boats right across the street. The room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the large bathroom had a huge shower with a Speakman shower head. Also, there were so many towels and there was even 2 comfy robes.. We will definitely be staying here again for a longer period.

The location is good

Due to the fore of the main building the room we had was a little removed from the pool. Not having breakfast included was a pain because there are not any places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat.

It is a central place , very clean and comfortable bed

Wish breakfast was included, and rain on those days made it worse ,my movements were limited 😑 didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool
