No pedestal beds-hard to get cat out! Cheap barh mat in tub very slippery, need better quality. Very dangerous, especially in an accessible room. Parking was awful.

Not a early bird so couldn’t say anything about the breakfast. When I answered no on meeting expectations, well they are building a store next door which when finished will be so convenient for the guests, so getting in and out was a little difficult, but the staff and the stay exceeded expectations. Thank you everyone at Red Roof for the pleasant experience. 🙏

Nicely renovated room, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Excellent staff at Front Desk on check-in. He even called my room after I checked in and asked if everything was satisfactory! On check out, one of the housekeeping staff asked if he could assist with my luggage which was very kind.

Small coffee maker in room #104 did not work very well. But I was finally able to get the water to go through and make a cup of coffee. Breakfast was ok but scrambled eggs were probably powdered eggs and overcooked. Coffee was great in breakfast area, and biscuits, waffles, fruit and cereal also were offered.

The clerk who checked us in was very nice.

There were black, curly hairs in the covers and on the pillow cases of one bed. The floor was dirty in the room and needed to be mopped.

Everything other than the beds. The people were incredibly sweet. Definitely coming back!!!!

The beds felt like laying on wooden boards.

The location was super easy to get to. The staff is super sweet. We were tired coming in and really just needed rest. The desk woman was super kind and so pleasant even when I was completely lost.

Oh the beds. They were terrible. So hard. I really wish they weren't so rough to sleep on. The construction was kind of a bummer too. It was really hard to get to in the dark. I know it will be done soon though so I doubt this will keep anyone from enjoying the place.

100 dollars deposit because of renovations done. I was there 3 years ago still the same but older half lights disconnected and ice machine had not worked in ages

Horrible location, inadequate parking, chain link fence around hotel. Unable to locate entrance to hotel (in the rain) as most of it is fenced off. Nowhere to walk dogs. Never went inside. No response from email sent requesting refund.

Nothing about this stay was up to par. I really recommend that Booking.com stop offering this as an option for it's clients.

I paid way too much for a dirty, smelly room where the entire place was under construction and I didn't feel safe. I was given absolutely no instructions on check in except not it smoke.
