Clean and easy access

Everything was good

Power was out shortly after we checked in. The staff was as accommodating as they could be. They provided flashlights to help light the way and helped my kids have fun at the pool with lighting from phones and flashlights!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were full of info of the surrounding area. The courtesy breakfast was excellent with allot of options, and the facility was very clean. I enjoyed the free cookies at check-in.

There was confusion of a veteran's/law enforcement/government discount. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express before and was able to get it. I requested it through Booking.com and was told that the special request could be accommodated at check-in at the property. Upon arrival, I showed military and police credentials, but was told that due to going through Booking.com, the discount cannot be honored.

Breakfast was very good. The room was outstanding. The service was good. The main common areas were pretty well worn. Overall a fine place to stay

Perhaps a bit expensive. Or perhaps my expectations were too high. But it was a good stay.

Well placed in Pierpont and was clean with friendly staff

I mainly booked this stay for the listed (and pictured) hot tub which no longer exists.

Once the renovations are completed (and deficiencies corrected), it will be a class act for the budget-inclined traveller. In 12 days of travel, it was the very best free breakfast. Plenty of choice, very well presented, hot where hot counts, and spotlessly clean and organized. would definitely stay here again.

Renovations are under way, I understand that. It may be advisable, however, to have the contractor clear deficiencies, prior to letting rooms. Even little things catch the eye and affect the ‘first impression’.

Location and price

There were NO vending machines to grab a snack, water or soft drink in the entire motel!!!

The location, the breakfast was really good and the pillows marked firm and soft, thats a great idea!
