Front desk staff not friendly and room not serviced first 2 days.

Nice staff. Easy check-in. Pool & spa ok! Older hotel, worn carpets. Would stay here again.

The reviews! I read after check-in. I did not find that all the negativity was warranted. Older hotel, perfectly fine for the price.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good location

No cold water to buy,outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, telephone in the room didn't work and sink in bathroom didn’t drain.

breakfast was excellent and available at 6 am when I needed it, loved the warm cookies available near check in the front desk clerk who checked me in was the best, he answered all of my questions before I even asked them and he was the epitome of courteous and helpful.

there was dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, food on the floor, garbage bad roll sitting on the table had to put our own bag in the can, tub would make noise during showers, hardly any hot water

Love the area and the staff.

Dirty bathroom. Unwashed blood stained comforters. Muddy bed skirts. South pool was closed. Hot tub is semi broken and shooting streams of water when the jets are on. Normally we love this place and have no problems. Was a little off this time. Hopefully when we come back in June it's back up to par, or we will have to find a new place for our September trip.

We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who were quick to respond to our questions and our request for extra bedding! The breakfast is very good and they have a wide variety of items which was nice since we had little kids with us. We like the quiet location (minus freeway noise) and it's close to stores, restaurants and walking pathways.

One of the pools was closed which meant that the pool that was open was jam packed with people on the weekend and was so loud. We didn't use the pool/hot tub because of this which was a bummer for the kids! The other thing that would be a disappointment for people who like to watch TV is that there were very limited channels available. We asked the staff about this issue and they said the provider was having issues with the service so it was not something that the hotel itself was responsible for.

The beds were hard. Pillows were very flat.

We stayed in a Handicapped Accessible room. The room was generally fine, but the bathroom was a disappointment. We requested a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub. All accessible rooms should have roll-in showers.

It was very clean, everything was great.

Pools were not working and that was the reason we were going to stay there. Front desk said they would cancel but still was charged.

Everything thing was good except the maintenance. They watched me leave my room to go to my car for something and then tried to enter my room. Luckily my partner was in the room.

The room cleaners trying to enter 1 hour before checkout. Noisy refrigerator in room.
