Das Hotel liegt 10 min. vom Flughafen nahe am Highway nach Norden. Der Empfang und das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ging angenehm zu klimatisieren und war geräumig und sauber.
Das Zimmer lag zum Highway und die Schalldämmung des dünnen Fensters war eher gering, so dass es relativ laut war.

The location was ideal to where we needed to be later on in our trip.
They were renovating, at leas that was what the notices said, although we didn't see any work.

Coffee in the room was great. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean
bathroom light was on a timer which malfunctioned so we had to use the bathroom in the dark and my husband had to shave using the mirror in the hall between the bathroom and the sleeping area

The set up for breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel.was updated, the staff made sure we understood everything and explained any questions we had, there was an ice machine on both the upper floors.
The 3rd floor seemed much hotter than the other floors. It also took a very long time for our room to cool down. I know it was 100 degrees outside but it should still be able to cool the room down.

The room was not clean, especially the bed. I’m pretty sure the bed had bugs, and I had to sleep in the couch. Upon my arrival, the bed sheets were all wrinkled, as if they weren’t changed between the previous guest and myself.

staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good!
the only thing that didn’t work for us, because we had our 2 grandsons, was that the pool was an outdoor pool and it was to cool to swim. so we found a place with an indoor pool and the staff here were so very understanding when we switched.

Room and other facilities were very good. Breakfast and dining area was better than average.
I booked a King Suite with Booking.com. Choice Suites Kingwood did not have a King Suite available. They said to take it up with the 3rd party, i.e., Booking.com. Not happy with Booking.com.

The room was a great size. I think I really liked the bathroom mirror the most because it had a button on it that would light up the mirror like a vanity lol. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of things to choose from.
The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't clean. It was the perfect size for my kids so I know they would've loved it had it been clean.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to eat for breakfast. Very clean and well lit.
Overall very pleased with the hotel. Had a stigma about comfort but that has changed with this stay. Great size of room very comfortable and a really great value!!!

Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning. it had a musty smell when walking down hallway.
Top bed mattress hasn’t been flipped probably since first put in room. Large sagging spot in mattress next to nightstand. Please periodically flip and spin mattresses for maximum comfort.
