I liked the price which is why I booked here but sometimes you get what you pay and I learned my lesson with this experience

1. No bathtubs, 2. No complimentary water, 3. Rude/horrible staff (assuming because they are overworked and unstaffed) 4. Overpriced drinks compared to other hotels nearby 5. Breakfast sucked! And the list goes on and on and on

Indoor pool water was very cold. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner - headboards wiped down. Also, common areas on ground level had trash lying around. Booth areas with tv consoles could have been wiped down better.

The food options aren’t the greatest

The rooms were nice and appeared clean however the chair and the carpet that was in the room smelled of bad sour feet and it was so hard to get comfortable and sleep with that constant sour smell.

Breakfast buffet was a pure rip off $14.00/pp( 4 adults) for a free continental breakfast given at many lower level type hotels/motels for free. The food was luke warm and the pork sausage links were like eating slim jims. Very disappointing to all of us.

The breakfast should be included as complimentary .

Stayed in a 2 room suite the pull out bed in the living room was awful. We were a party of 3 the couch was pretty but not functional.

How close it was to everything! We were 5 mins from the park! The price was amazing! Room was perfect! Clean and we had no complaints!

It’s the BEST shower I have ever used in a hotel. As a matter of fact my 15 year old teenage son showered 2x because he liked it so much! Room was spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable!

Nobody answered the phone called multiple days and times to get a crib for my baby. Ended up bringing my own pack n play, then got an email asking me how I liked the pack n play as if they put it there themselves.

Noisy, bathrooms needed repair. Had to get more shampoo/conditioner as they were not refilled when room was cleaned. Internet service sucked - slow.

Location to Sesame place

I was double charged. My family all paid via bankcards for food and drinks. The resturant girl was training. Long wait for food items. Then food and drinks was charged to the room. Inspite we paid with a bank card and gave a 10 tip. I have not been refunded after speaking with the asst Manager. Will file a formal complaint with Marriot.

I booked a suite 2 months ahead of time. It was non-refundable. When I went to check-in they did not have a suite available. Ended up with a king size room which was very inconvenient because my spouse and I were traveling with our toddler. Staff said they were having an issue with the suite, but when booking.com called to adjust the rate (since we were getting a smaller room) the hotel said they had just overbooked the suites and had given the room to someone else. That’s not what had been explained to me was the issue when I checked in. The hotel also never reached out ahead of time to let us know they had overbooked themselves. Very disappointing experience.

A night over $125 is a bit much. We're there for a night. Why so pricy?

Tony the hotel manager was excellent and very very helpful staff were very pleasant to work with I truly enjoyed our stay there thank you Tony and staff for everything Highly recommended!!!
