Clean Room and quiet location.

Friendly service: front desk was always quick to accommodate and with a smile. Breakfast: better than expected which on a daily included sausages, eggs, fresh waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits, juices, milk, coffee and then a rotation of seasoned potatoes or biscuits w/ gravey every other day. I appreciated the basic room amenities such as the mini fridge, mini coffee machine (not very clean though), microwave, hair dryer, iron w/board (board cover was stained). Facility amenities that I was surprised to see were washer/dryer ($4 per), convenient vending machines (snacks, drinks, medicine, detergent, etc), small cozy pool (up to 5ft). I loved the fact this facility was no-smoking.

Overall, I was very happy with our stay, but I want to mention a few things that were not to my liking or something that can be improved on. All rooms' entrances are straight from the outside which I did not expect. Our room especially was awkward because it was right in front of the parking lot to the entrance to the Inn so it seemed like everyone was watching you go in and out of your room. There are 3 floors. There is an elevator. The room's TV was a bit small and outdated. One of the queen beds in our room was squeaky/springy. The room was a bit dingy and dusty that we had to do an extra wipe down. The room's AC was right next to one of the beds so whoever slept in that bed suffered the cold air being in their face. They had an adequate gym, but it was hard to enjoy a workout with a very noisy AC.

O café da manhã bem fraquinho, nem pão tinha. Pra quem vai na Disney vale a pena porque o hotel fica a 15 minutos do local, mas se você vai focar sua viagem em Los Angeles e nas praias o hotel fica longe.

The staff is always friendly and very attentive to all our needs. Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast at a very reasonable price. No hassle at check in which is a huge plus for me!

This is the second time a number of our family members traveled in from separate states for a Memorial Service. We love helpful staff, price, clean room & comfortable bed, great breakfast selections. Location is in center of all our family who live in O.C. Thank you!

I'm very short. Bed is too high for me. Need a stool, or lower beds in some rooms.

The facilities are extremely clean and the staff are happy to help! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and spacious with excellent showers. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were a nice addition! The location is back in an industrial zone but there are some food options nearby and breakfast every morning!
