The air conditioner leaked and carpet was wet. Also, towels thread bare, sofa very worn.

The main manager - I believe his name is Sohan - was outstanding, very competent, nice, and equally courteous to everyone.

The staff was so friendly. The manager was extremely helpful and grace/giving in resolving a difficult, vexing situation.

Nothing. It was all excellent.

The breakfast was good, there was only one day that the pancake machine was empty.

I kept having problems with my room key. I had it reset twice and then just gave up.

Jacuzzi

I like having access to a hot tub. I liked the comfort of the bedding.

The elevator was aggravating to work. It was delayed in closing the door and it a while to get to the next floor.

Nothing at all about it. It seemed friendly at first. We were just staying for the night due to working late. And we regretted it the entire time.

The vibe was very off in the place, the front desk clerk for the night was very strange. Walked up very quickly behind me as I was head out, towards my car and then again coming back in. It scared me to the point where the second time I stood and faced him - making eye contact the entire time holding my small pocket knife. I hurried back to my room, and locked all the locks. Just to hear not even 30 minutes later someone use the key pad and try and open the door slowly!!!!!!! If it hadn’t been for the metal flip locks who knows what would have happened to us! Very creepy, very bad environment. Wouldn’t recommend.
