Hallway floors were dirty. Charged me to park, when booking site says free parking.

The Staff was kind, friendly and helpful, especially at the Front Desk. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The sitting areas are nice both inside and outside. We did not use the pool or the gym on this visit. I would recommend this hotel for these reasons.

I booked this room, as I had friends and family join us during our visit and wanted plenty of room to enjoy their company. It was nice having the kitchen area. However, the sofa and chairs in the dining/living area were so uncomfortable, I was achy from sitting in any of the seating. Everyone stated how uncomfortable they were. The bed was just okay, although my sisters said their beds were comfy. Also, there were extra charges for no reason on my bill. It took a week to get a refund after calling twice. I received the following message in an email: the "Associate General Manager has refunded $39.99 back to your credit card as a goodwill gesture". Ha! Ha! A "goodwill gesture" to refund bogus charges?!? Not sure if I'd stay here again for these reasons.
