2e séjour à cet hôtel. Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour visiter New York si vous avez une voiture. Les déjeuners sont bons et nous aimons beaucoup la possibilité de pouvoir se faire un chocolat, chaud, un thé ou un café tout au long de la journée lors de notre retour après une longue journée de visite. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Membre du personnel bien sympathique. Pas un hotel luxueux mais fonctionnel et agréable.

L'accès au stationnement de l'hôtel est difficile et un stress pour le conducteur à chaque arrivée. Lors de ce séjour une dame (cliente ou membre du personnel nous ne le savons pas) passait sa journée et soirée dans le hall à écouter la télévision à un volume très élevé...peu importe les autres voyageurs. Nous pensons que c'était un épisode isolé mais si ce ne l'est pas....peut-être aviser.

The pool was disappointing it looked like it had too much chlorine in it

The breakfast was all right, not any different from other similar places. The staff was polite and helpful.

The location was terrible. The approach to the hotel was quite dangerous. There is only one access point and that is exactly at the point where the exit ramp of one highway on your right merges with another highway on your left. Obviously, there are no traffic lights and you can imagine the speed of the traffic from both sides. Amidst this, you have to juggle your way into the hotel. I believe I had been lucky and twice escaped a collision. However, some other travellers were not and in our presence there had been a collision; fortunately there were no injuries but still it was not something one would look for while accessing a hotel during one's travels. The gym was not only too small but none of the machines were working. The pool water was not clean.

The only thing I can complain about is the entry to the property from the highway. A bit dangerous

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very cozy. Everything was very clean. Pool was nice but didn't get to enjoy it.

Left my new crocs slides in the room by mistake, called them about 4-5 times. Spoke with someone different every time and got no call back. Every one told me a housekeeping manager would call me back and they didn't. Crocs are not a big deal but they were a gift to me. I don't understand why they wouldn't return them. Very disapointed.

Comfortable beds

Wasn’t the cleanest. Requested two beds received one. Moved rooms next day, sink water was very low, shower head was broke, no remote, phone didn’t work.
