everyone was super nice I couldn’t hear my neighbors at all, the breakfast was great and was open for a generous amount of time for people who don’t always wake up super early, me and my family had a great place to stay here during our vacation and they also have a washer and dryer just make sure to bring ur own detergents and stuff and if you don’t they also sell some in their little store(:

Located in tucked away quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is a little on the older side but everything was functional. We were located facing the back patio with all the tables, BBQ grills and pool and we were concerned about noise level with groups occupying the space in the evening, but quiet hours were enforced. Continental breakfast was good with good variety. We even used the workout room which was minimally equipped but functional and good quality treadmills.The facility is very clean and very welcoming of families. Kitchenette was minimally stocked.

We were woken up a couple times by loud banging noises. We laster found out they would be repairing the plumbing. We only had 1 fork stocked in the kitchen area.

I loved my room, spacious, quiet it was second floor with view of beautiful, mature trees.

Room was great, bathroom was spotless, outside area is beautiful, free breakfast was a life-saver! Wish I could stay here for every SD visit!

Wifi was pretty slow - videos often had to buffer or reduce resolution. Was fine for emails and web browsing, but video calls would probably be challenging. Noise carries pretty readily, though white noise drowns it out fine.

The staff Tomas at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was delicious for a morning free meal. The supplies inside the room were wonderful just in case you needed them. I was surprised there was not any bottled water inside the room. Normally hotels leave two free bottles.

I didn’t like the pool hours open in the AM at 10:00. Check out is 11:00 not a whole lot of time with a family to dip in the pool before leaving. It should open in the summer time at least 8:00-8:30 AM.

Well...They managed to fix things by our second night.. but! When we arrived at the property there were several full garbage cans in our room. That evening the room next door was having a very loud rap induced (sounded like) a sex party . And the staff was unresponsive and when they did respond the next morning very patronizing as if we were wrong.. Initially they refused to change our room..

The property looked nothing like the photos. It was beat up and not so clean. The laundry room was loud and left open and running late into the evening with the employees hanging out talking loudly.. and the lobby was dated, the foos service was good but the quality of the breakfast was horrid. Gross omelets that had been sitting for what seemed like hours. The toaster wasn't even working properly.. After all this they gave us a 10% discount on our bill.. they should have given us the first night-mare free.. Ill be yelping and trip advisor posting this this weekend. Hadda collect my thoughts first.. Horrid stay!

very spacious, it was more like a two bedroom two bath apartment. my kids loved the basketball court. breakfast was good. the staff was very friendly.

the room wasn’t very clean, I had to bleach/disinfect myself. the couch was very old and dirty.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

We had to pay for parking in a suburban area with no parking shortage or issues. One staff person was uncommonly rude to us - the rest were fine. The WiFi dropped several times, however, when available it was strong. The hotel informed us (not asked, just informed) that the carpets would be cleaned in our room during one day. No! Maintenance should be done when a room is not occupied - one of us has perfume allergies and we do not want strangers in our room during Covid - and it is just plain bad service. The windows in the room only opened an inch - not enough for ventilation so we had to run the air conditioning all night or the room got too warm.
