The location was perfect for a concert at The Factory! Very spacious room! Loved the little coffee/fridge station and the closet with tons of storage! Had a drink at the bar and the server was so nice.

The La Marca Prosecco that was for sale was not cold. There should be some refrigerated so it's ready to go upon arrival if someone would like that.

Most of the food was barely warm and the eggs were cold. The coffee was good and the staff was great.

The cold breakfast the ice maker was broken on my floor and there was no hot water or Pressure in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign in the room and the hair drier didn’t work.

Nice location.

Worst bed we’ve ever slept on. Hard as a rock. Hairs in the shower when we checked in.

Room 227 refrigerator was broken and had some mold. Spider webs in the corner that I had to get down or I couldn't have slept there. AC in lobby/bar was apparently broken according to staff and I was sweating while waiting on my food (thermostat said 84).
