Most of the food was barely warm and the eggs were cold. The coffee was good and the staff was great.
The cold breakfast the ice maker was broken on my floor and there was no hot water or
Pressure in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign in the room and the hair drier didn’t work.

The staff was great
Room 227 refrigerator was broken and had some mold. Spider webs in the corner that I had to get down or I couldn't have slept there. AC in lobby/bar was apparently broken according to staff and I was sweating while waiting on my food (thermostat said 84).

It wasnt a bad choice just needed some TLC...love the area
We got in late from day out and was told we couldnt get any towels until the next morning... So i had to ask 2 different people about towels. Let out couch bed was filthy.....

Very friendly and customer focused. Had an issue with noisy A/C and fridge and they comped us a breakfast which we thought was very kind.
The beds are too soft :-(

Discounts approved by management were not honored and the “breakfast” was Inadequate.

The rooms were booked days in advance. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were not ready and there was no estimated time as to when they would be ready. Check in is at 3pm. We didn’t get checked in until 8 pm . The power was also out. And me and my 4 yr old daughter had to take cold showers due to the power being out and the hot water heater not working… it was all bad.
