the staff /front desk was rude. pluses I was charged an additional fee when I arrived to the location, to secure my room. when asked why it wasn’t listed on booking she said they don’t have to list it and I can pay the fee and stay or not pay the fee get charged for the room anyways leave. she was awful. worst experience by far .

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of cold & hot foods. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Kim & Rose @ the front desk were exceptional. They professionally and even cheerfully accommodated 2 slight changes I made without missing a beat. I'd stay here again just because of them.

Location was good.

Checking in we were told we had booked a smoking room. We would never book a smoking room. I had email showing it was non-smoking. We had a king room but got two queens. Walls were thin, heard snoring from another room. Mattress was saggy. Curtains didn’t close so lights weren’t completely blacked out. Door to room didn’t fit in the frame. There was 1/4 in+ gap at the top of the door. Toilet flushed 3 times every time. Some mold on the tile by the floor by the bathtub. Exhaust fan cover was dusty. Breakfast had mostly sweets and carbs.

Where do I start? We got to the hotel in the late evening after a very long drive. We had three separate rooms booked. When we opened the door to the rooms, we were hit with a horrible mildew, damp odor that was unreal. We went over to the air conditioner to see if it was on, and noticed the carpet was damp and the air was so musty smelling, it was overpowering and smelled like chlorine. Air was super humid. We checked another room that we booked and it was the SAME way. We went to the front desk, the guy said there was nothing he could do because they were full. He tried to act like he didn’t know what the cause was but finally admitted that they cleaned carpets earlier and that maintenance “forgot to spray air freshener”. We ended up having to move to a new hotel due to my sons allergies for one room because it was the worst. The manager did cancel the one room but did not discount the others stating we had to pay full price if we stayed in it even though it smelled and felt disgusting. I would not recommend staying at this hotel ever!

Great location!

The heavy duvet on the bed was a little uncomfortable to try and sleep under.

The host Bridget was very nice and helpful!!! The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable I love the smell of the Clean sheets high five for the cleaning personnel!!! Thank you Hampton Inn for a wonderful stay i will be back again. Thank you, kerri Williams

Great location - close to lots of shopping and restaurants, all the staff was helpful and friendly, good breakfast & choices. Our double queen was clean and roomy.

The phone didn't work, and there was a problem with the heater/AC in our room, but it didn't affect our stay at all. In fact, we didn't even report it.
