It has a perfect location which is very close to the Niagara falls park, very big enough room, clean enough towels and bed’s sheets, has nice restaurant close by, big enough car parking free.
The shower sink was not flowing properly.

Madam Kathi at the front desk was an absolute angel and went out of her way to help me on my check out day.
My check in experience was horrible to say the least, after meeting a very rude and incompetent front desk staff member. He ignored me for almost 10 minutes, spoke to me very rudely and turned me away in the middle of the night because he didn’t know how to take Apple pay payments.
Luckily his colleague came by and processed the payment. I then walked into a room that had a musty smell.
However all this was made up for by Ms Kathi, who I met on the last day as I was checking out. She was an absolute angel and in 15 minutes went out of her way to help me, made me forget the horrible check in.

Amazing location, great view. We had a personal tour, picked us right up at the hotel and it great. We went to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and walked around the state park. He was so full of great information!. It was through The Daily Trips. Our guide, Mohammad, was absolutely amazing. I'd go back and do it all over!
The hotel looked to be a bit run down. Not sure if the attached restaurant is affiliated with the hotel, but it was not great. Breakfast there was way overpriced (one waffle, one omelet and 2 cups of coffee over $60). The service was terrible. part of my order was not brought out until I reminded them and then I was finished with my meal. We were never asked if we wanted refills on coffee. Restuarant wasn't the cleanest. I'd skip breakfast there next time for sure.

The lady at the tourism desk was great and very helpful with any questions we had, and the view from our room was better than expected. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will stay there again in the future.
Although we didn't enjoy it, the location of the pool. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel closed early.

It was very noisy. nearby rooms habitats literally spent their entire day in the corner just in front of our door playing and chatting with each others.
The elevator was full and we had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to it.
The breakfast was terrible, when I ask coffee the Answer was you should choose between the coffee and the juice:)) It was really ridiculous for 400 dollars a day.

The free upgrade was nice. Staff was excellent.
Hours of arcade not so much. Had to wait for elevators constantly. No little extras in room like bottled water or what time things closed or what amenities there are. Pool looked murky. Had to pay for parking.

Proximity to the falls was very good
Bed was uncomfortable. Free coffee was awful. Kids were running down the hall and screaming at 11 pm. We were on the bottom floor so there is no way the people at the desk couldn't hear them to stop them

They had a ice machine on our floor. Morning staff was wonderful they was very attentive and willing to help any way how. It is so close to Niagara falls we didn't need to drive anywhere! They have a laundry room which was neat! They had small fridge with s Keurig coffee maker! They a laundry room in the facilities.
The hotels is not a five star hotel and if your going to be nit picking about everything don't come here! Hallways rugs are dirty is evident. Night staff lady looked bothered with everything. The tub filled up when we showered but we made it work! They have many flaws but i was only their to sleep and have fun in the surrounding area! They charge security deposit which it never says that on the site. You have to go downstairs to microwave stuff.

I liked everything about this hotel and it is very closest to the Niagara Falls parks and other sight seeing areas and nearby lot of eatery places are also available.
They do have a complimentary coffee machine in the ground floor and free home made cookies were excellent.

The cleaning staff left my door unlocked and open. I don't know how long it had been open while I was out for 9 hours. It was only a miracle that nothing seemed to have been stolen.
I was absolutely furious, especially since it was the day before the total solar eclipse and they had increased the price by more than $1000/night.

I liked that it was walking distance from Niagra Falls.
The elevator smelled like pesticides, but I guess it's better than seeing bugs.
I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a bad smell.
The bathroom shower dripped Alll day & night. Which was very annoying at night.
