The bed and the room was nice as well as the tv.

Not the best parking. Especially since it was paid parking. Plus no fault of the hotel, but the roads in that area are horrible.

The pool is a bit small and had a hose with a cleaning vacuum in it when I wanted to go swimming, something that maybe could have been set up after the pool closes. Other than that everything was great.

I got my plates stolen in their parking lot and they didn’t reimburse anything for me including the $7 a day parking.

I liked the bed that pretty much it

I didn’t like the size of the bathroom nor the cleanliness of it, it was rather subpar compared to the companies other establishments. The places charges $7 for parking and they charger for breakfast! What happened to complimentary for how much I pay to stay for just one night.

Loved that the property was right next to NRG stadium. It was clean and the staff were very welcoming and available if we needed anything.

I did not like that the property was not as secure as we thought. It is inside of a gate but random people come inside and park. On our second day we even seen people come in to use the pool and they were not from the hotel. They exited the pool as well took some of their towels and went to their car parked in the parking lot and left. I think they definitely need to up their security around the hotel or at-least have it to where you need a key card to access the facilities.

The location was good. The rooms were nice and we liked have vending and ice machines on each floor.

The first night was noisy. The guest across from us were very loud.

The 9th floor hallway was very humid and smelled like stale water.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is gated in, so your car should be safe. ($7 parking fee) The front desk sells soda, water, and snacks. The lady at the bar was very nice and professional.

The pool was CROWDED with lots of kids!!! There was a family there, celebrating a birthday for a child. They did not have a room there. They came to the hotel to get in the pool and host the birthday party! GHETTO! This hotel needs to do better at securing the prperty and making sure that (paying patrons) are able to peacefully enjoy the amenities. The lobby bathroom smelled like FISH!!! Horrible stench!!

i didn’t like anything.

My room was filthy. The carpet was filthy and the towels they gave me had stains on them. the fire sprinkler weren’t even installed properly. They would definitely fail a inspection.
