The parking lot had several people that looked like they were napping in their cars. I did not feel particularly safe. Our room was newly "refurbished". On entering the room, my first stop was to use the facilities and was promptly locked in the bathroom. My husband got help at the front desk and the very nice lady who checked us in came to my rescue! Even though the door was not locked and the handle moved, the door would not open. I was released with the assistance of a small knife. We put tape over the mechanism so the door would not shut again. The shower was very slow to drain and overflowed. The circle on the wall where the bathroom knob would touch the wall fell on to the tile and scared me with a loud noise when it hit the floor. The bed sheets were clean, but the mattress was stained badly along the seam, (yes, I checked for bedbugs) and the older tv stand had a new glass top on it...I guess you would say that it was "refurbished"? The new hair dryers' handle was too hot to hold onto.

The breakfast was good. The location (close to the airport was great).

used buses and trolley most of the time and uber sometimes..

the shower tab is located in the middle of the wall and touches/hits my hand when taking showers, which hurts. i think the tab is in an odd location on the shower wall.
