Location
Booking.com says the breakfast was 15.95$/adult but at the hotel there is no breakfast option, it’s a regular restaurant and the lowest cost meal is 12.95$ coffee not include and kids must pay. I try to ad this option to my reservation and the hotel isn’t collaborate. They sais "you made the reservation with booking.com you just have to call them". I call booking.com but after 1hour30 waiting on the phone I give up. And we take our breakfast in an OTHER restaurant in town…

Very clean, pretty rooms, nice pools, good location, great parking, good value.
Double beds are tiny. Food was absolutely terrible, barely edible and no taste.

the location and the staff. the two girls at the front desk were outstanding with their customer service.
we were assigned a room by the pool but we could hear the pool filter system so they changed it
is wasn’t the room by the pool filter is that the room’s walls are paper thin. we had to call the front desk 3 times because our “neighbor” was blasting music.
we couldn’t bathe because the bathtub was disgusting and was draining. We stay one night in our way to Nantcuket, definitely never again.

The rooms were decent size and had a desk which I like. They were clean and had a nicely renovated bathroom.
I didn’t like entrance number four at the back. It’s a very awkward, unappealing way to come into the hotel, and that is where we were sent to enter our room. It would’ve been better for them to have had us go in entrance number three.

The fireplace in our room was just the right touch! Very relaxing jacuzzi tub as well.

Dated hotel room. The mattress was too soft you fell into the middle of the bed. Find a different hotel in the area.

The friendly staff and cleanliness of the room. Had all the amenities we look for. Great location too.
The pool closing at 9pm was the only downside to our visit.

The location was great at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were nicely remodeled, the bed very comfortable. You can hear every voice in the hallway, or rooms next to you, making it very noisy at night sometimes.
The bar was nice, the restaurant not real nice.
The hotel was in close proximity to many good restaurants, also drug stores, department store, etc. You definately need a car!
Small, noisy rooms. They did not put us in rooms in close proximity, as requested. We were about 10 rooms apart. I wished there was better options for eating within the hotel.

Toilet was broken radio did not work, restrooms sink was from the 40's, no room in the place at all

Breakfast was good, choice of buffet or menu items. Staff was amazing! Bathroom and room clean, updated and quiet. Pool areas clean, towels provided. Fridge and Kuerig in the room, Ice machine in the hall.
Need queen sized beds. Air conditioner needs cleaning, smelled funky, pulled in cigarette smell from outside where people smoked. Hallways outdated and need paint.
