Everything was clean and it was really comfortable to stay

The room was wonderful. It provided mobility access - a walk in shower and large area for walker or wheelchair. The room had a king size bed, a comfortable side chair and a desk with chair for computer use.

Nothing - everything met our needs including providing beverages in the lobby for guests.

On arrival I was told that I had no booking. I had 4 rooms booked and the paperwork to prove it so, I was given the rooms. I was then told that neither the bar nor the restaurant were open and would not be open during our visit. The only breakfast availible was a buffet which was certainly the worst that any of the seven of us ever experienced I cannot understand how a hotel without a bar or a restaurant can have a 4 star rating.

The associate that checked is in was very efficient and friendly.

Everything about the room was disappointing. Dirty carpets, off smells, bathroom curtain had mildew and walls had mold. Tiles were lifting. Towels were scratchy. Room was completely unhygienic. Only reason we stayed was much needed rest and arrived late.

Rooms were big and nice pool.

The pillows were dirty and i mentioned it to the staff and they didn’t switch it during cleaning.

The cappuccino machine was a very nice touch and the laundry room. I have to say the place was very clean!

hotel employee took our luggage storage from the top of our vehicle in front of the glass sliding door main entrance, police report was made, management called us an hour after we left town and had “found” it so we had to turn around to go back and get it. no apologies were given. added 4 more hours to our 5 hour drive with 5 small children.

The beds were comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect without having to change anything.

We could hear the neighbors through the wall at the head of our bed. It wasn't extreme but we had gone to bed early 9pm and it was noticeable.
