the beds were clean and very comfortable.

By what you will see on the video, the room was not in the best of condition. It looked clean but the smell of mold hit you when you walked in the room. I thought it might have been from a carpet cleaning recently and didn’t think about it again that night, just went to bed as we got in at 10 pm from a 15 hr drive. whenever we left the room we felt better. But in the room we would get stuffy. I finally after the 2nd night there, I took the radiator cover off, and you will see by the video what I discovered. As I was leaving the next day I had told them of the situation. I also had asked for clean towels, toilet paper, and the trash to be emptied one day, and that was never done. So at 4:30 I saw the cleaning girl and asked if they were going to my room. I was told no. I had asked for clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. She gave me the towel and a half roll of toilet paper, not a fresh paper wrapped roll of toilet paper because that was all she had.

Breakfast was amazing !

Hot tub was broken , empty soap bottles in the bathroom, no clean towels

I had text a day before to let them know I will be arriving early before the game.. get there the staff person stated my room is not ready n may not be ready by 3p. I need to change clothes had to change in the stadium bathroom which pissed me off. Then the next day requested a room clean while we was out get back room the same way no one cleaned the room. Never will stay there again

The room was great. it had plenty of room.

It was overbooked for the weekend we were there and it looked like housekeeping might not have thoroughly cleaned before we checked in.

The breakfast was cool

I didn’t like the staff on duty and the pool room was extremely hot and the hot tub was broke and the floors was real sweaty and slippery due to the air not working in the pool area and the air conditioning didn’t work in room 4:05 it was extremely hot and and they didn’t have any extra clean towels or bed linen.

Upon checking in to my room I discovered pubic hair in the bath tub. Then I folded back the blanket and sheets on the bed and discovered more pubic hair in the bed. Not to mention the stained sheets and pillows!
