i thought it was expensive for what i got

I like the location. I did like the tea.

I didn’t like the service, know one changed our sheets, know one changed our trashed. They didn’t even clean the room and when I asked if could I get extra stuff to fix our room the guy at the desk gave me the wrong items. We asks for simple things and couldn’t get them. It was the worse IHG hotel and I was shocked because other locations are great. I paid 395. For two nights and it was not worth it , in wish I could get some of my money back!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was cold and not many options

Requested a crib did get it. More towels by the pool spa wasn’t working

Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good

Room smelled weird, air conditioner too noisy, the pool wasn’t in a good condition.

everything was great! the room was comfortable and simple.

There was no one at the front desk for hours. there was also an incident with a friend who left her wallet at the hotel and it so happened to disappear after getting back to her hotel. shortly after arriving back to the hotel, who ever was working the front desk left. whoever took the wallet was using her card as they traveled to san antonio. it may be a stretch but that can’t be a coincidence.

The room was clean and our surroundings were very quiet. Ample parking and conveniently located.

Our door stuck in the frame creating a loud scrape noise when opening or closing, which could disrupt neighbors peace and quiet, but everything else was exceptional.
