Pricey but I guess everything is.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate an early check in due to a wedding that was the same time as check in. They had 2 weddings that night and did a great job of staying positive and moving quickly!

We didn't get any soap or body wash in our room. Other than that everything was great

Poor operation! Short staffed. Staff that were working were not trained in their jobs or efficient. Terrible checking in situation. Did not receive type of room that we booked. A lot of noise from outside traffic.

upon arrival we did not have all the linens or a shower curtain. front desk took care of us, but somebody forgot to finish with the linens in our room.

Room was clean and comfortable

Needed more light in the kitchen area and living room area. No coffee and tea service during the day in the lobby like most hotels. Breakfast not included. No tea in room. Cutting corners on food and drinks is not a good look!

Absolutely nothing! Heartbroken! ONLY positive was the young man at the front desk was understanding & tried to help us but couldn’t!! Sadly we are stuck here as it’s to late to find another room somewhere else and we already paid for tonight here! I would’ve taken a refund and left if that were an option! Thinking about sleeping in our car!

We didn’t get any of our requests. Requests we made well in advance & an employee called me and told me they would be met. All except a “hot tub” room, which was fine. I then asked for a room with a bath tub NOT a single shower room. That employee said yes to that request as well! Yet we have a shower & no bath tub! They won’t let us change our room because they said we booked it through booking.com so we are stuck here tonight! The mini fridge has no freezer door and is all frosted up. The carpet is dirty-not vacuumed. The shower is filthy. Microwave is dirty. Door in bathroom is dirty! This is beyond sad!! The ONLY thing half way positive was the young man at the front counter who tried to help by changing our room but said his computer wouldn’t let him! We are very angry we are stuck here tonight!!

Was supposed to receive refund for hotel room as there was a mouse who came in during the night and ate our food. Spoke to booking.com and the hotel property and was promised a full refund never received it.

Comfortable rooms, clean and dry. Lots of hooks for gear and it was quiet

Hallways and common areas seemed worn, had a strong smell of carpet cleaner or air freshener that made me think they were masking an underlying funk. I asked for toothpaste and was told it would be right up but no one showed up.

The breakfast was good, but a little pricey. Beds were extremely comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints with my stay in your facility!

It's a good place to stay if you need to stay in the area. I was there for 3 days and parking was really good. The hotel is on the older side but they keep it in good shape. I wasn't looking for a lot of amenities or a 5 star hotel but it was very good, the room was nice, clean, the beds very comfortable. It appeared that a lot of blue collar workers stay there when they are working in the area so that was a good sign.

There was nothing not to like.
