Friendly staff, well appointed and comfortable Room, easy check in, good breakfast, great location.

Nothing really.

Our family loved the pool and the hot tub. Personally I loved the small gym. It was very clean, air conditioned. Our room was clean and comfortable and had the basics of what we needed for our stay. Breakfast options were great. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

We stayed for two nights and I was under the impression that on the second day we would receive basic housekeeping service, where trash would be collected, the coffee amenities would be re-stocked, and our towels would be replaced. This was probably written somewhere that this was not the case (maybe a green policy?), I just assumed it was based on other hotel stays. It also would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper or an extra towel - but I’m sure the front desk staff would have provided had we asked.

La climatisation un peu bruyante

Pool area was great, breakfast was very good also. Bed was comfortable and ample amount of pillows.

The fan, heater, cooler was overly loud and didn't control well. Housekeeping picked up my bathing suit in error but that was not a biggie.
