Wish it had a restaurant

We got there early because of the tour and was allowed to check in early. We didn't know the tour left from there and it was a happy surprise.

My family enjoyed the pool, also the hot tub and the wonderful ocean and mountain view.

Guests not following the hot tub rules.

The view was amazing from our room and the lobby. We came in winter and they had closed down the boat cruise for the winter, so We took a private cruise. The staff was so kind, they remember us every time we went by the lobby. Always asking about our day and recommending local restaurants and activities.

had some issues with reservation online. it came up as having gone through a third party when that wasn't the case. made it difficult to get the resident discount.

Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options.

Pool/hot tub was closed due to a sanitary issue but it was not dealt with quickly (pool was closed for 24+ hours) and signage wasn’t updated to reflect closure resulting in many failed attempts to swim.

Beautiful views and comfortable

The views of the harbor and the mountains at the back of the hotel are amazing. Staff at check in where nice and very helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good.
