Breakfast was cold and disappointing

Staff was exceptional

It is a bit old and the smell of must and weed a bit much. For 400 a night not a good value for a holiday inn

Welcoming staff and restaurant was good. Pool area was welcome

Disappointing experience as unable to regulate temperature in room, even after maintenance chap checked it out. Unable to turn AC off. Disturbed at 11.30 b6 staff trying to enter room!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I came in super early after being at the hospital with a family member. I was tired and sad and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. I wish I could remember his name, I was having a hard time and he was so reassuring.

The smell in the hallway was off putting. I'm not sure if it's a cleaner they use or what, but I guess I'm just glad the room didn't smell.

Water in showers was never hot enough to shower or bath comfortably.the hallways have no heat, room was supposed to have microwave and didnt.free breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn't.pool was closed but I wasn't informed till after making my nonrefundable booking.parking isn't the best due to renovations.i was charged more than I was originally told I'm booking once I got to lobby and payed for room in person

Most of my stay didn't meet my expectations.i had stayed here before inthe past and it wasn't this bad

Only had a problem in the shower, figuring out how to open the drain

Rooms were nice location was good

Staff at desk did the minimum. Not very helpful.having to park off site was a pain. Tho the lady valet was super helpful and attentive no hot tub…. No bar restaurant

The location is perfect.

Holiday Inn needs to invest in this property, especially the parking garage, which has been “under construction “ for years now. The breakfast was overpriced for what we got.
