Location

I was in a room for handicapped, toilet did not flush properly (blocked). I had to plunge it, and room phone did not work.

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable and the beds/pillows were perfect. The bathroom was spacious and clean also. The breakfast was great. I love when a hotel has a hot breakfast. It just sets the right tone for the day. The staff was very friendly. Especially the cleaning ladies. They always greeted us with a smile and a nice tone. My family also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I'd stay here again!

The breakfast was good. There was a variety to choose from. I wish there was a another option for stronger coffee. A microwave in the breakfast section to reheat your plate would have been great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The decor of the room was very comfortable and trendy. I would recommend this property as an option when staying in the Cambridge, MD area.

It would be helpful to have written notices about housekeeping. I was disappointed to return to my room and the bed was not made. I know times have changed, but if a sign was in the room to inform the guests of the housekeeping policy, that would be helpful.

Breakfast was good, more than we expected. Location was perfect for where we had to go, it was less than 10 minutes to our destination. Liked being on first floor as I am handicapped. Ala & all could not have been nicer.
