Location was central for places we wanted to go.
Side door of building wasn't locked, looked like it needed a new handle/lock.

Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, and super friendly staff. No stains on couch, chair nor on carpet. Will stay there again if I need lodging.

We walked in and we were told they were full. So i went to the sight and booked a pay later room. But atvthe desk they frankly informed us that they didnt accept cash and or visa gift cards so we were out of luck. Oh amd they expected me to somehow pay the total of over $350. 00 for the 3 minutes they held my reservation. A ludicris price to pay for outdated rundown dinosaur of a hotel to beginn with. How can they even attempt that? I could see if they had lost buisseness buy theybwere still turning folks away.

The staff was very nice! Bed was comfy!
The room looked much better in the picture. Lots of dust and spider webs and oh yes, a big spider! Heating and cooling not the greatest. Hand held shower difficult to operate.

The room was clean and quiet, which are my 2 highest concerns when travelling. There was a free shuttle bus to the event were attending, which was very convenient. Staff was always there to help when needed.
Breakfast was lame- just snacky bars and some juice.

Loved that they had the hot tub/whirlpool hidden away in the fitness center, great way to ensure you likely won't have as many companions as when it's in the same place as the indoor pool.

Easy to find.
I happened to spill some water by my bed.Had to use a washcloth to wipe the floor. IT TURNED BLACK FROM DIRT AND GRIME ON THE FLOOR.
Wound up wiping the floor all the way to the bathroom. Had to rinse the washcloth multiple times, black with dirt each time.
Notified the front desk upon leaving, not much of a response!

Price was reasonable.
It was a little outdated but clean. Wasn't happy a dog was walking off lease in the hall and barked at us when we opened our door to leave. Then not sure if that dog or another used the hallway to poop in. People need to take better care of their dogs and not ruin it for other pet owners and dogs.

The suite has a nice layout, and the staff (Tyler) was very accommodating and helpful.
This place needs a major update. While it's so nice that the hotel allows dogs, it is a lot- there were dogs barking outside of my room while trying to rest, and I witnessed a woman letting her 2 dogs off leash in the grounds outside the pool. Additionally, this place is SO expensive for what you're getting and it comes with granola bars as breakfast... the location stinks and the place felt majorly in need of a renovation and a deep clean.

well after being lied to by booking.com about super 8 it does not have a pool! this hotel has the BEST pools outside and indoor also a jacuzzi!!! this hotel saved our vacation thank you fireside inn ❤️
