Loud drunk person in our floor fighting with boyfriend, went on for a couple of hours

Nice staff and good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was located very near the outlets and restaurants.

The breakfast, was ok but where you make your own waffles the eggs were old tasting not a good breakfast

We had a power failure while we were getting ready for a wedding  and they did not provide the typical IHG membership gift bag 

Centrality located to shopping and our final destination.

Air conditioning was not working properly.

this was our final stop on our road trip - we wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from JFK (but not too close either) this was perfect - Rivehead gave us the opportunity to see the hamptons and Sag Harbor and also do a little bit of shopping to take presents home with us. the hotel was very peaceful, spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It is also worth mentioning that this had by far the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in also
