The reviews and price were very good, but the room advertised was not actually available.

We made a last minute booking for that night and about half an hour later we got a call from the hotel saying the room we booked wasn’t available (the website said there were 6 rooms left of this type) and would we take a smaller room. The smaller room didn’t fit our needs so we said no to this and told us we needed to cancel through booking.com. I tried to do this but we were going to be charged the full price, so we requested the fee be waived. We had to make multiple more calls. The hotel said it was booking.com that was charging us and booking said the hotel needed to take action. After a booking.com representative called the hotel the booking was then canceled and we were not charged but if we would have waited I fear we would have been charged for a room that wasn’t available. It somehow seems that there was some dishonest scheme in process with this hotel.

The property was in a great location. There were many stores and food places around.

The only thing I didn’t like was the living room furniture, sofa bed and chair, needed to be updated. It looked very old, worn out and stained.

Loved that it was two rooms adjoining. I liked to be able to watch TV in a separate room from my bedroom. Also the kitchen was so well stocked. They thought of everything in case we forgot something.

The only complaint I would say is that the mattresses need to be replaced probably. They weren't very comfortable. Need more support. You could tell they were very worn and sagging.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. Very welcoming. The staff was so sweet and very helpful at all times. They offered a 'Social' on M, T and W nights from 5:30-7p where they provided light drinks and refreshments. All complimentary. The outdoor area had a half basketball court, pool, 2 grills and fire pit - we visited in the Winter so pool was closed. Pets are welcomed. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lots of different options each day. They had a very decent indoor gym. Many people were using it but still able to keep their distance. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped with everything you need.

Comfortable beds, clean room, lady at the check in desk was delightful. As soon as you walked into the lobby it smelled wonderful. A later check out of 11am was nice.

The bathroom was a little tight.

I like overall how the hotel look, the pool area, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

I didn't like that the air was not working in my room. It kept going in and out and they had to change the thermostat but I still ended going to get a fan.
