Bed comfortable. Food great. Clean
Water leak in bathroom sink underneath. Maintenance was very shoddy. Repair done with blue painters tape.

I know they are remodeling! But my fiance and I always stay here and we love how accessible it is for when we visit LA.

Very clean bathroom. Cleaning staff did excellent job of dusting and vacuuming.
Hallway needed cleaning from plaster dust.

Size of the room
Did not get the confirmed room type. No warm breakfast as advertised - brown bag that was hit or miss depending g on the bag you grabbed. Staff seemed apathetic

Clean comfortable room
On website indicated hot breakfast included. There was not hot breakfast. Hotel provided a baged "breakfast " which, being diabetic, I could not eat. Had to go to a restaurant for breakfast

Beds were comfortable
Toilet didn’t work. No staff to fix it. Had to fix it ourselves. Was told no maintenance on the weekend. Hardly any towels in the room and what towels we did have were used for the broken toilet Called 3 times for extra towels - no call back or delivery. Pool wasn’t open. I would not stay here again.

Good location, Because of COVID time, breakfast area was close, but the have 2 workers there, helping guess, but usually running out of everything.
Our room was super dusty, shower splashed water everywhere, and for the price we paid, no good, poor costumer service of the person working on the lobby.

Rude front desk when I called to ask
For an early check in the guy on the phone was so rude! Didn’t care that I was asking because my husband had just gotten out of surgery and needed to rest! So we had to drive around and wait for 2 hours.
I had sent a request for early check in, I called ahead of time, and he was still very rude to me.

The bathroom seemed spotless.
The hotel seems a little dingy. The lobby and room are a little out dated. The TV didn’t work. I could hear the noise from the freeway, but the freeway accessibility was why I stayed here.
