Appealing entrance and hallway, location, staff.

Excessive dog hair in room. Bed mattress so worn you sleep in a "v". Clock didnot work, numbers mostly faded out. Light bulb blown out. Air from hallway heating unit was foul the first night. Was not given common info about the hotel such as check out and breakfast time. Didnot know courtesy coffee was provided. One of the workers was rude when i asked them to remove some of their material that was partially under my tire. Thanks for asking.

The price. In this part of the country, a decent hotel is double if not triple in price. The location. It’s not to far from the interstate making our trip to Birmingham quicker.

The hotel was clean, smelled nice and had very comfortable beds. The complimentary continental breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient and near several restaurants, but looked a little run down. It could use some clean up since there was trash along the ditches and drives. A little outside clean up, would make it very nice.

The staff upon check in was very friendly.

The room was muggy/damp and smelled sour. The AC was basically hanging out of the wall and made horrible noises from rattling all night. for the price I expected better. We’ve stayed in plenty Holiday Inns and this one did NOT meet those expectations. Seemed like the whole second floor had humidity issues.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The couch cushions and the chair cushions were all stained so they just appeared unclean.

The breakfast was very good

Room 327 had bed Bugs. WE have stayed at the property several times, with no issues.

The property was clean and in an excellent location with walking access to restaurants. Staff was helpful, professional, just not overly friendly.
