Great location, staff was amazing!!! Loved the breakfast options!! The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable!!! Will definitely book again!

Location is great

During our entire 4 days no one cleaned our room. I made our beds and had to call for toilet paper and fresh towels. The breakfast was the same pretty much every day. For the price, just shy of $1000.00 I expected better than what I could received from another hotel chain.

Breakfast is very nicely located with lots of room and light. The food was fine. Fresh fruit would be a welcomed addition.

if possible it would be nice if the pool temp was a bit warmer.

The parking was convenient. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom did not have a fan. Queen size beds were small.

I like the location of this Hotel. We walked most places we visited.

I usually stay at another Hotel close by but wasn’t able to get a room at the time I booked. I disliked that when I came to check in there were about 3-4 employees talking amongst themselves. I wasn’t acknowledged right away and when I was she acted like I was an inconvenience. And if I’m going to pay for parking you should probably have valet.

Easy to find great location

When I booked my room through booking.com I made sure to say that we where traveling with dogs. Website said it was pet friendly but said nothing about how much more it was going to be. The hotel didn’t know I had pets until I told them. So then what is the point of sending a message? Then charged me 50 bucks on top of the room charge would have been nice to know before you show up. Not much I can do at that point.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.The location was awesome. We were able to hit a movie Friday night steps away from hotel then the Capital City Market Saturday morning before walking to stadium for our concert.

The parking garage is a pretty tight fit when busy. The pool hours could be better. Alot of places are 24hrs like the fitness center. Would have been nice to soak after a 5hr concert but it was already closed afterwards. It was closed the next morning too for some reason.

Clean rooms and hotel. Great indoor pool with spots for all ages, even the babies 👶 simple and easy parking. Excellent location to many attractions and activities. Very spacious rooms with great layouts with smart additions on tables and lamps to have extra outlets so even my 6 person group had zero issues charging everyone's various devices whenever needed. Lots of convenience items in the room as well such as toiletries, extra bedding and pillows, paper towels and trash bags in the "kitchenette". Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

TV could have better options than just basic cable, this is literally the only issue we had, which is obviously more of a preference than an issue :)
