Close to the airport, nice cookies

Room needs renovation. I have not stayed in a room with a couch that had a rip in it since my college days. Breakfast was uninspiring.

The staff was awesome! Breakfast wonderful and Hotel great place to stay.

Nothing. It was well kept and clean.

The breakfast was very good so much to choose from! The location was right next to where we were attending a concert.

Breakfast was very good, lots of selection. Even though the property is being renovated, I was surprised at the decline since I last stayed 1 yr ago. The renovation will certainly help, and we will stay there again.

There was a guest whose daughter was everywhere in the hotel-in the halls, hiding behind curtains at the end of the hall. The family was seemingly living at the hotel and their belongings and trash were in the hallway which was not conducive to navigating the luggage trolley to our room. Bumping into and being surprised by the young lady was off-putting for the number of times it happened. Air conditioning at the check in desk area as well as in the theater was not working well.

Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, comfortable beds.

Air conditioning in the room was noisy. Breakfast selection was okay but limited. We were there for seven days and although we appreciated the complimentary breakfast it felt repetitive by the 5th day

Rooms smelled bad across from pool; room that we moved to smelled like the inside of a perfume bottle.

Great location room was excellent comp breakfast all good.

My CC needed updating which I will do on booking.com and I had an arrival time of 1900 hours, front desk booked my reserved room at 1600 hours, they couldn't wait, but everything worked out in end, had to find alternate accommodations for Friday Saturday, the 2 young desk staff did what they could to help find another place n I appreciate their effort, oh well.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, all day free drinks.Free laundry.

One night our baby was yelling and they come up and told us to quiet him down. But the rest of the week we had a baby down the hall crying.,someone above us making noise, someone had a loud TV and lots of noise and they were not spoken to

I was charged more at the property than what I was quoted on booking site
