It was very clean and comfortable would definitely ssstay here again

They secretly charged me 60$ for a dog fee after they told me that they didn't charge for dogs then when I left they took out that money separately and I even told them before check in and it was fine then after I leave it changes

Had indoor outdoor pool and two separate hot tubs, indoor and outdoor. The restaurant food was amazing.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Never again will be stay here. Check in is at 3, our room wasn’t ready until 5:30. Ice machine doesn’t work, basketball court was closed for maintenance, food is really pricey at cafe (have better luck going to the restaurants across the street). The chair in our room had trash sticking out of the cushion. And if you have the “pleasure” as getting Precious as your check in\out clerk, be prepared for an attitude. I had questions about a hold on our card and her response was “have you never stayed at a hotel before”? Excuse me…. But this was one of the worst experiences for a hotel in Knoxville, save your money and go somewhere else.

the outdoors around the hotel were very unkempt. people left their rib bones laying on the ground. there was trash in the yard

clean friendly staff and nice restaurant inside

shower doors in our room slid off tracks, water in the sink drained very slowly

convenient location

bed was terrible to me. my husband said he slept well though. there was a past guests poo splattered on the back inside of the toilet.
