It was close to the event I came to participate in.

Wonderful service. The staff was polite and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and well prepared. The facilities were clean and perfect for my family. We had a great time at the hotel and we will comeback to it.

Bed was comfortable. AC/Heat easy to adjust. The variety of the breakfast items was more than ample.

The building is located right next to a railroad track. Every once and awhile we heard a train go by. Thank goodness the train did not need to blow its horn.

This is the second year our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hershey. It's conveniently located to Hershey Park (approximately a 10 minute drive), There are a number of quick service restaurants and fast food options close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional.

Employees were very pleasant. My room was very accommodating and conveniently located on the first floor which was great because of my disability, and the rest room was excellent size to fit my device along with myself effortlessly.

Hopefully the Hot tub will be operational on my next visit. Was looking forward to soaking but couldn't.

Location, breakfast area, convenience

No bath mat. No garbage can in bathroom, dirty uncleaned linens, garbage not emptied daily, coffee and cups not refilled.
