We liked the friendliness at the front desk when we walked in and registered. We liked the cleanliness of our room and a hot breakfast.

Distance to the interstate and that there were places to grab food or coffee before getting on the road

close to the interstate. easy off easy on. great choices of restaurants within the block. Walmart and other businesses across the street. gas station across the street yet you was still located in an area that was quite and not bothered by noise. staff was very helpful

The huge dust webs on the ceiling. The bathroom lights were half burnt out. The bathroom was dirty. The room was super dusty.

Amazing staff always there when I needed them. The pool was amazing.

The hot tub was out of order but had water in it and was grow things! Kids were very attracted to it.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakhad a good variety and it is located close the the highway and restaurants/shopping.

The staff member that checked us in seemed very displeased that she had to stop what she was doing to check us in.

Was told there was an additional charge for our pet, $40. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy.

Overall, it was a solid hotel experience. The room was clean, so was the bathroom, there was hot water and everything else that we expected from a hotel of this ranking. The fridge was small without a freezer, which was important to us, but probably won't be as important to others. There is a grocery store just a few minutes' walk away, but it closes at 8pm. There is a also a Walmart a little farther where one can get food. Breakfast was good enough and included hot options such as omelets, potatoes, sausages, and make-your-own waffles.

The check-in was one of the longest I have ever experienced. Although this was probably mostly due to the client who had lots of problems with her check-in and then a very large family with many kids who were staying in different rooms. My own check-in took about two minutes, as they normally do. But the line behind me was pretty long. The breakfast room is quite small for such a large hotel. We were lucky to come in just before many guests came in, so we were able to get a table just for ourselves. There are several large tables, so you are expected to eat breakfast with others school cafeteria style if you are not lucky enough to get a small table just for your own party. Or take it up to your room, I guess.
