Shower was small and it was odd layout with sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast option would have been nice to have in the morning.

At this type of hotel I would expect a free continental breakfast. Nope, but we could pay to order from the same staff member working the front desk.

The hallways and elevator carpet was not only very dated but also visibly dirty. Hotel room decor was also dated and worn looking. There was zero information in the room about their breakfast or about the area. There appeared to be little to no staff working. They never cleaned the room; we stayed three nights, and they never took trash or brought new towels. If we had had a car they would have charged for parking, but we did not have a car. (The hotel seemed pretty empty ten or so cars in the lot.) When I checked out, the one woman working both breakfast and the front desk told me that she could not print me a receipt.

The room was very clean, good location for my business trip.

The bed was uncomfortable. Took many many many tries before the keycards would unlock both my room door and the outside side door. The shower has no built-in support, so it screeched and squeaked constantly with every movement. No breakfast included with our stay and very little information offered for options. I checked out yesterday morning, and I am still waiting for my credit card receipt to be emailed to me.

The staff! There are not enough words to describe their hearts, generosity, kindness, and smiles. Every single one of them that work at this location deserve a raise because they are making that hotel have the rating it does!

The breakfast could be included with the price of the room. If not, as it is now, then I feel as though the rooms should have bigger refrigerators or options for guests to cook and hold more food along with dishes.

We were charged a ridiculous rate for a average to below average accommodation. $800 for two nights! I felt as though we were totally taken advantage of with that rate. Unacceptable. Will not stay in a Radisson again based on this experience.

Location was okay. There was no complimentary breakfast, and I didn't check to see if there is any other option since so many things were offered on the website only.

So, Cleanliness of the hotel, pool was closed all the time, bar wasn't open. Buggs in the room and toilet that you have to flush few times or hold the handle down .... I reserve the room for 5 nights, missed mu plane and didn't arrive until next day I was charged double the price for the first night. I understand to be charged for the room as I was staying but not double.... I asked to speak with manager but obviously there is no phone call or email from such.

The location was great and convenient for the activities we had planned.

Not enough towels in the room and they couldn’t find more for us. Not even enough for each person staying in our room. The water was cold, really cold. No water pressure in the sink or shower. Chipped and broken tiles in the bathroom. Our putside window was off the roof and then a wall. Couldn’t even see the sky or ground. Pool was cold.

Didn't like that everytime we wanted to watch TV I had to unplug n plug the TV in and that some lights didn't work and anytime I went over by the heater it was blowing out cold air

kinda old inside. could have had the hallways vacuumed. the pictures on the site showed what to look like a hot tub. Even the front desk staff acknowledged that it looks like a hot tub. But, it’s not! it’s a freakin baby pool!!!

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice.

pull out bed was nasty, tried to change rooms but the other pull out was broke, couldn’t explain the amount of authorizations on my credit card and then was told there would be a $25 auth per room but they actually did a $50 per room, cards to the room kept not working and had to be reprogrammed, several maintenance issues(maintenance guy was so nice). Was told new owners took over 2 months ago so maybe they can get the hotel up to better condition.
