I’ve always loved staying here for their deluxe king suite room. This last experience was a disappointment. I booked the DELUXE king suite at this property through booking.com. At the time of my booking. there were regular king suites available for $20 less, but I reserved the deluxe. Once checked in, our room was a standard king suite. When I visited the front desk, the receptionist told me this is the room we booked. I explained I’ve stayed here many times in the past, and our room was not the deluxe king suite room. I showed her my reservation with pictures on my phone, and was told none of these were available, and my booking was correct per my reservation. I asked had she ever seen the rooms, and she had never seen the rooms in person. Hence, my point, wrong room lady. I wasn’t offered a refund for the difference and when I messaged booking.com they reached out to the receptionist who validated we had the correct room and wouldn’t correct the issue. So I called Booking.com to correct the issue over the phone and after being on hold for 15 minutes while the representative reached out to the property to discuss the issue, she just hung up and I never received a returned call. Overall, poor experience with a high probability I wont use Booking.com for my reservations in the future since they won’t support loyal customers. This stay was non refundable so we were stuck here in the room we didn’t want, and other hotels nearby that we would’ve much rather stayed in.

The Breakfast was excellent. The location is OK. The coffee maker in my room did not work properly. I have used these kinds of coffeemakers before, so I think my use was correct.

Not your fault, but lots of noise in the hallways. And your parking lot adjacent to the first floor rooms, allows very little privacy.
