Good size room. Friendly people working at the desk. Location worked great for our needs.
Could use a lil fixing up. Our bathroom door was broken and the AC unit was super loud. The morning desk guy did his best to balance the breakfast and the front desk. He could have used a some help.

The room was spacious and clean. We decided to stay for the third night as we wanted to spend more time in Santa Fe and Taos. Breakfast was adequate. The young male receptionist in the mornings was polite and helpful. The reception had lots of maps and leaflets of the area.
The stench in the lobby and corridors was still noticeable but not as strong as on the first night.

The most horrible stench in the main lobby and corridors. Maintenance should address it. Some inconsiderate guests spoke/shouted loudly for hours after midnight.

Not 1 thing. The front desk person called the police to have us removed because our service dog walked out without her leash. This was at 10:00 at night. We were already in bed and had to hurry and pack. The police escorted us to a hotel next door that cost us an extra $150.00. I would NEVER recommend this property. I will be looking at taking legal action to recoup our costs.

Nothing really especially when I had rented there cause it was my daughters birthday and her and friends were gonna swim turns out it was broken so was hot tub very disappointing we didn’t have much money to spend so this was very sad for her.

Room very noisy. Over reception, people noises above us, roller carts or luggage below us. Curtains can't close. On a busy street with terrible with no noiseproofing.
The ramada price through membership is higher than booking.com. Was not user friendly to get a price match.

Breakfast was awful. No bread for toast, no meat for breakfast, no beagle and not well kept. Elevator didn’t work. One of the exit door fell off the hinges.
Bath tub had hair in it. The furnitures were old. It smelled dirty.

Had to ask for tv remote, the room was noisy from traffic going by all night didn’t sleep at all sensitive hearing.
Bed was small for two senior citizens. ADA shower had to go over tub to get in bench was placed by toilet not in tub. Breakfast was not appealing cold cereal, hard boiled egg just bread, had waffles 🧇 they were ok

I was charged for breakfast for two days. They didn't have a full breakfast. All they offered was Continental breakfast, everyone was offered that at no change. I want my money back I had to pay extra for it.
Plus this place had to be the worst I've ever stayed at .
And I will never use your service again if I don't get a refund for the breakfast that I paid for.

There was heavy cigarette smoking smell throughout the building, could smell it in our room. The elevator reeked of cigarettes when we got on after having hotel staff member get out.

They failed to check me in due to their credit card machine couldn’t process my card; declined twice and they wouldn’t accept cash payment. so I left.
Staff on duty was not too friendly n rather indifferent when check-in transaction didn’t go through.

Breakfast was okay. We landed a nice large room which proved comfortable. Location is good.
Hotel is obviously run down. Furniture is worn and trim in halls could use painting. Room had a persistent odor from room deodorant.

Mild on ceiling over bathtub; toilet had dried bits of excrement in the bowl, and walls were rotten in areas.
Breakfast was limited, not many choices.
Some staff were not friendly at all.
