I enjoyed the promptness of breakfast and the kindness of the staff to open the pool a little early for my family and I.

The AC in our room would get warm at night... So that could have been improved and the chair in our room could have been more comfortable for my mom who has trouble moving around.

The noise from maintenance people working almost daily was just too much, changing locks while I was still in the room and we were not notified ahead of time. Most of the night my AC will not even until you get up and kind of turn the AC to heat then turn it back to cool, it will work for about 30 secs then stopped. Juices were over diluted.

Our room was comfortable and the breakfast choices were nice and well stocked even on a weekend where it appeared the hotel was full due to high school sporting events in the area.

The lobby was extremely perfumed and while the scent was pleasant, it was so heavy that after just a few moments, it became overwhelming.

Music...was too LOUD In breakfast area...so loud it was difficult to enjoy an early morning coffee and newspaper..

The person who checked us in was very efficient and nice We we’re tired after a long trip and she had everything ready so check in took less than 5 minutes And the bottled water and fresh popcorn was a treat

Elevator is difficult to find. Front desk staff didn't provide info on elevator/room location, check out time or breakfast hours. He was pleasant, just not very informative. Decent breakfast.

perfect location for my purpose. cameras, cameras, cameras. (had my vehicle robbed in W-S, no cameras) a decent breakfast most mornings, there during Christmas and New Years, so, expected and accepted.

bed was super soft, took a couple nights to figure it out. the right pillow, marked “soft” and “firm” on pillow cases, made it proper.

TV spontaneously stopped working but already in bed so didn’t call.

The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room and bathroom, all in all, was pretty clean aside from the bathroom floor which could have been cleaner. The floor was kind of sticky. My interactions with the front desk were smooth.

My only problem was that the lamps in my room were disgusting and the painting on the wall looked like it had blood splattered over it. Everything else was pretty clean.

Breakfast was mostly okay. Food selection was good and the lady that worked the breakfast area was friendly and helpful.

Only one little packet of salt and pepper with utensils. To get more you had to ask for it and the breakfast area worker was not always available. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. The rear entrance to the building was not working and resulted in excessive walkimg.

Dirty smelled like sewer. Room ac is old did not work. Room is old and smells musky. Had to park my car way in the back with no light. Had groups of people hanging out smoking and drinking in parking lot.

The housekeeping staff was very friendly and took care of the room. The night receptionist was also very nice during my check in and 2 day stay. He made sure my room was stocked up on enough towels and toiletries for the 4 of us.

I stayed in room 124 and there were several things that should've taken the room out of commission until it was addressed. The door handle was not working properly. The door handle was hanging and you had to push on the door very hard with your shoulder. Going with 3 older women, I was the only one that could open the door. One of the desk seemed to have a burned spot on the surface. Seemed like a blow-dryer was put there or something exploded on it. The window was also slightly open and was VERY hard to close. Had to figure out that the outer screen was getting stuck with the window. Once moved out of the way, I was able to close the window, only to find out that the lock was not working properly. Had to force the lock closed, so I could feel safe sleeping there. Even though those things seems like a lot, I didn't really bother getting my room changed as it would've been extremely inconvenient with 3 older women and LOTS of baggage. I did complain to the morning reception when I was checking out. They took note of it. Hopefully they address these things before the next guest.

The pool hours were posted that it closed at 9pm, We rushed back from dinner to swim, but it was already closed at 8:30 on Friday The beds were not very comfortable.
