We have stayed here twice and had a great time- the kids loved the pool! The second time we were given a free upgrade due to the size of our party, and the lady behind the desk could not have even more accommodating and kind. We will definitely be back!

The staff was not friendly the room description doesn’t match the actual room. You only get a certain amount of wrist bands for the pool and have to pay for extra ones so if you have more then 3 kids your paying for the others to use the facility.

Nothing at all I was charged for a room that was advertised at 900sft and given a room at half the square footage that did not reflect the pictures advertised

Staff gave us a noon check out and then called us liars and said that they didn't along with extra fee! Will never stay here again!!!!

Pool area is awesome for the kids. The pool was very Hot and spacious, my favorite part. The room was spacious. The staff did really good at cleaning. Sometimes bugged too much to clean the room but it was nice to come back to a clean room. Might of been a couple of creepy people there but overall a nice stay.

the customer service is great, cozy studio, very clean, beds are very comfortable and we have a little nice kitchen in the room so we were able to cook our own food . it’s like a little home away from home😊

Location and room

The water park and pool are great for kids and families but for couples it would have been nice to go swimming or sit in the hot tub where it was more quiet. Even if they had adult hours after a certain time.

The pools is actually smaller than shown in photos and the hotel charge extra $ per person if more than 3 people in the same room want to use the pool. The pool is shared with adjacent hotel and water didn’t look very clean/clear to me.

TV cable was out our last night

The hotel receptionist Arianna was amazing! We had a little problem with booking.com and our reservation, but Ari went above and beyond to accommodate and try to help figure out a solution. She even took us on a tour to see different room styles. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was beautiful, the room comfortable and exceptionally clean. I was impressed with the size and quality of the rooms, it was a good price. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The pool area is amazing for kids!! We will definitely stay there again, but I will book directly with the hotel next time not use a third party.

Customer service at Booking.com was not helpful. I talked to 3 different representatives and not one of them answered my questions. I was literally standing in the hotel lobby while on the phone but they kept saying they had to contact the hotel or the hotel wouldn't respond or they were waiting for a response and would have to call me back. Ari even called to see if she could take care of it and they didn't help. I was NOT impressed with booking.com customer service. However; because we couldn't get a straight answer, we just kept our reservation as it was and loved the hotel!
